This is a very secure (256-bit encryption) connection to your computer. We collect personal information when you request technical support. The information provided by you and is kept confidential and never shared with anyone. Privacy is very important to us. Remote Support is billed $1.25 per minute and is a minimum of 30 minutes. At the end of the session, a credit card will be required for payment for services unless other agreed upon. Run the software – once the chat box reads “Waiting for Technician” or “A Support Representative will be with you shortly”.  I can jump on at any time to help you out.

You will be billed as of the end of session via the email.  This includes, preliminary, phone time and remote time.  Prompt payment for prompt service. Thank you!
