Remote Support

This is a very secure (256 bit encryption) connection to your computer. We collect personal information when you request technical support. The information provided by you and is kept confidential and never shared with anyone. Privacy is very important to us. Remote Support is billed $1 per minute* and is a minimum of 15 minutes. At the end of the session a credit card will be required for payment for services unless other agreed upon. NEW FEATURE – You can start the session without me being in front of my computer.  Say your home computer is driving you nuts and you need me to fix it BUT you have to be to work by 9am.  No big deal – fill out the form below and run the software – once the chat box reads “Waiting for Technician” or “A Support Representative will be with you shortly”.  Now I can jump on at any time to help you out.  Keep in mind if you need me right now, email me as I might be on a job. In either event email me at m@tthiggins.com and let me know what is going on.
